Grated Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 ears corn (almost hard)
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. bacon drippings
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut corn from cob and scrape cob or grate corn.
    Mix flour, salt and baking powder.
    Add grated corn and bacon drippings.
    Add enough milk to make a good batter.
    Mix well and pour into a greased iron skillet (hot).
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until golden brown. Good with cow butter.
