Lefsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. water
    9 c. instant potatoes
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 sticks margarine
    3 c. powdered milk
    5 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil water and margarine.
    Add everything else.
    Spread in a cake pan; cool.
    Take 1/3 of the mixture and mix with 1 1/4 cups of flour.
    Form into a log.
    Cut into 16 pieces; roll out thin. Cook on a hot griddle until lightly brown on both sides.
    Store in a damp towel.
    Refrigerate or freeze.
