Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    1 large pepper
    1 can stewed tomatoes, chopped
    2 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. V-8 tomato juice
    4 to 5 pork chops
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in deep skillet.
    Chop onion and add to chops in pan, then stewed tomatoes and rest of ingredients.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes until done.
