Turkey Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    3 large apples, peeled and chopped
    8 c. bread crumbs or stuffing mix
    2 c. mushrooms, sliced and sauteed
    salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and chopped parsley to taste
Preparation
    Fry sausage until crumbly.
    Add onion and celery.
    Cook until golden and tender, about 10 minutes.
    Add to bread crumbs.
    Season and add remaining ingredients.
    Moisten with chicken stock if too dry.
