Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. cooked potatoes, diced
    6 boiled eggs, diced
    1/2 c. pickle relish
    1 large sweet onion, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. flour, mixed with a little milk to thicken
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, eggs,
    relish,
    onion
    and celery seed in large bowl.
    Boil vinegar, sugar, water, margarine and mustard in a small pan.
    Add flour and milk mixture.
    Stir continuously until mixture boils
    again.
    Remove from heat and pour over potato mixture; stir well.
