Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. stew meat
    1 onion, chopped
    salt
    pepper
    paprika
    1 to 2 Tbsp. flour
    water
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Heat oil in large pan.
    Add beef cubes, brown them on all sides, stirring every couple of minutes.
    Add 1 onion, chopped. Continue browning meat-onion mixture for a minute or so.
    Sprinkle flour on mix, stirring constantly, adding water slowly to prevent clumping of flour.
    Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
    Sauce should be spicy.
    Simmer slowly for 1 hour stirring occasionally. Serve over cooked noodles or rice with a salad.
    (To ensure tender meat, cover pot during simmering.)
