Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. white corn meal
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation

Mix all dry
ingredients
in
a
medium size bowl.
Add buttermilk until mixture is
thick and drops off of a spoon in a clump.
Grease
a
6-inch cast-iron skillet and preheat in a 450\u00b0 oven.
When
skillet
is hot, pour cornbread mixture into skillet. Bake until brown.
