Crab Meat-Bacon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salt/pepper
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    12 slices bacon, cut in half
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, flaked
    1/2 tsp. parsley
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    1/2 tsp. chopped celery leaves
Preparation
    Mix tomato juice and egg.
    Add crumbs, seasonings, parsley, celery leaves and crab meat.
    Mix and roll into finger lengths. Wrap each roll with 1/2 slice bacon.
    Fasten with toothpick. Broil, turning to brown evenly.
    Makes 2 dozen.
