Broccoli With Oil And Lemon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli, cut into spears
3 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Heat 1 inch water (salted if desired) to boiling.
Add broccoli.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and cook 12 to 15 minutes or just until stems are tender; drain.
Mix remaining ingredients; pour over broccoli.
Makes 6 servings.
