Southern Nut Torte With Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    22 Ritz crackers, crushed
    2 eggs
    2 c. pecans or walnuts, crushed
    ice cream
Preparation
    Combine vanilla, sugar, Ritz crackers, eggs and 1 cup crushed nuts.
    Pour into a well-greased (Pam okay) pie plate and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Top will be crisp and dry.
