Bill'S Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 frying chicken (about 2 1/2 to 3 lb.)
1 c. sweet pickle relish
1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
2 large eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
1/2 c. fresh onion, minced or finely chopped
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. salad style mustard
1 Tbsp. Cavender's all-purpose Greek seasoning
1/4 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Boil the chicken until completely tender (about an hour). Reserve about 1/4 cup of the broth.
Remove the chicken from the pot and allow to cool completely, then skin, bone, and dice or chop very small.
Mix ingredients well in a bowl that can be sealed airtight.
Seal and refrigerate at least four hours for flavors to blend.
