Smoked Oyster Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. curry powder
    2 cans smoked oysters, drained
    1 tsp. parsley, finely chopped
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and form into a ball.
    This mixture may have to be refrigerated for a few minutes to make it easier to handle.
    Roll ball in additional chopped pecans, then roll lightly in additional finely chopped parsley.
    Chill.
    Serve with assorted crackers.
