Sourdough Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. unsifted strong bread flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar and yeast in large bowl.
    Gradually add warm water to dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
    Cover with plastic wrap; let stand in warm place for 2 days.
    To use in a recipe, measure out amount called for in recipe and use as directed.
