Ham And Egg Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. finely chopped cooked ham
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 green pepper, minced (1/2 to 3/4 c.)
    1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
    6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. green onion
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    6 hard rolls
    6 leaves Boston lettuce
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix together the ham, celery, green pepper, egg, mayonnaise, ginger, lemon juice and mustard.
    Stir to blend thoroughly.
    Divide ham salad evenly and spread on bottoms of rolls.
    Top with lettuce and then with tops of rolls.
