Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. rice, uncooked
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    tomato juice to cover
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Make into balls and brown in heavy skillet. Add tomato juice and simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
    Add water if it gets dry.
