Blueberry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. Crisco
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. drained blueberries

Preparation

Mix the first 7 ingredients first, then add blueberries; stir by hand.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
