Paprikasalat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large bell peppers
    1 medium yellow onion
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Quarter, seed and derib peppers.
    Using a sharp knife or food processor, slice the peppers very very thinly.
    Peel and quarter the onion and slice very thinly.
    Set aside.
    Mix olive oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Toss with vegetables.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
