Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 small onion
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. mayonnaise (Miracle Whip)
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    salt
    pepper
    celery seed
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and bacon.
    After bacon is cooked, stir in the eggs, milk, 3 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons vinegar.
    Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    Pour over potatoes, celery and onion.
    Let cool.
    Mix Miracle Whip, milk, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 tablespoon vinegar; pour over cooled potatoes.
    Add salt, pepper and celery seed to taste.
