Tricolor Ginger Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. grated ginger
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 lb. carrots, peeled, cut into 4 x 1/2-inch strips
1/2 lb. turnips, peeled, cut into 4 x 1/2-inch strips
4 c. broccoli flowerets
Preparation

In skillet, boil 1/4 cup broth with garlic, ginger and pepper flakes until almost all liquid evaporates.
Add vegetables and 3/4 cup chicken broth; cover and cook 4 to 6 minutes or just until vegetables are crisp-tender.
