Apple Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. oleo
1 c. water
3 c. sliced apples
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. oleo

Preparation

Sift flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder and salt.
Blend in oleo.
Add water; stir with fork.
Spread in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Arrange apples on batter.
Combine 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle over apples.
Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
