Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. warm water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    7 c. plain flour
    3 Tbsp. Crisco
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Mix the other ingredients and add the yeast.
    Let rise until double in size and make out what rolls you want.
    Put the rest in the refrigerator.
    Use as needed. Cook at 425\u00b0 until golden brown.
