Linda'S Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 cans sweet potatoes, drained
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. allspice
    2 unbaked pie pastries
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients; add to mashed sweet potatoes.
    Mix milk, eggs and add to potatoes.
    Stir until mixed well, but leave some lumps of potatoes.
    Pour filling into 2 pie shells; dot with margarine.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 35 minutes.
    Yields two 9-inch pies.
