Under The Sea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pear halves
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Drain pears, reserving 3/4 cup syrup.
    Dice pears and set aside.
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and add reserved syrup and lemon juice.
    Pour 1 1/2 cups into an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan. Chill until set but not firm, about one hour.
