Wild Rice Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked wild rice
    4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Combine rice, water and salt in pan with lid.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
    Drain well.
    In a skillet, cook sliced mushrooms, chopped onions and celery in butter until tender.
    Stir together mushroom soup and whipping cream.
    Stir in vegetables and cooked rice.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
