Chicken With Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. boneless chicken cutlets
    1 large jar medium salsa
    1 c. red wine
    1 pkg. Spanish rice
Preparation
    In large skillet in oil and butter, lightly brown the chicken cutlets on both sides.
    Pour salsa and wine on top of cutlets; simmer about 15 to 20 minutes until cutlets are thoroughly cooked. While cutlets are cooking, prepare rice and serve cutlets over rice.
