2 Minute Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together the sugar, cocoa and salt in a 2-quart casserole. Make a well in center.
    Add butter.
    Pour in milk.
    Do not stir! Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
    Remove from microwave.
    Add vanilla and stir.
    Add chopped nuts.
    Pour into greased 8 x 8-inch dish and refrigerate.
    Cut into squares.
    Can be frozen.
    Fudge ready in 15 to 30 minutes.
