Kentucky Chocolate Chip Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. bourbon
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Beat eggs in a small bowl.
    Gradually add sugar; mix well. Add melted margarine and bourbon.
    Blend in cornstarch.
    Stir in pecans and chocolate chips.
    Pour into unbaked pie crust.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Cool 1 hour.
    Serve warm with Bourbon Flavored Topping.
