Carl'S Chicken Delights - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pkg. chicken tenders
1 1/2 green peppers
1 1/2 red peppers
1 onion
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 1/2 bottles Bull's Eye barbecue sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Add margarine or butter to heated large skillet.
Then add chicken, green and red peppers, onion, salt and pepper.
Cover and let simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drain most of the juices; leave a small portion of the juice in the pan, then add the barbecue sauce.
Serve over pasta or rice.
