Healthy Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box Mueselix, Fruit and Fibre or Basic Four
    3 c. sugar
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs or Egg Beater equivalent
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix cereal, sugar, flour, soda and salt.
    Add eggs or Egg Beater equivalent, buttermilk and oil.
    Mix in large bowl.
    Batter lasts 6 weeks or so in refrigerator.
    Use whatever amount you need to make muffins for any specific time.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
