Millet Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked millet (hot)
    1/4 c. cashews
    1/2 c. pimentos
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. yeast flakes
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. onion chips
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Blend
    millet,
    cashews and half of water until smooth. Gradually
    add
    remaining
    water
    and
    other ingredients while blending.
    May add extra water for thinner consistency.
    Makes 2 to 2 1/2 cups.
