Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin or fresh
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. water (less if using fresh pumpkin)
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Makes 2 (9 x 5-inch) loaves.
Mix all dry ingredients except sugar together in a bowl. In a separate bowl, cream sugar and oil. Add beaten eggs, pumpkin and water.
Combine all ingredients together; pour mixture into loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 1 hour.
