Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can white hominy
1 can Mexicorn
1/4 bell pepper, chopped
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
1 can yellow hominy
1/4 large onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Drain corn and hominy thoroughly.
Place in casserole dish with onion and pepper.
Melt butter and Cheez Whiz in a saucepan and pour over hominy and corn mixture.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
