Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. yellow cornmeal
5 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 unbaked pastry shell
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Mix in flour and cornmeal.
Add eggs, milk, vanilla and lemon juice.
Beat well.
Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes, or until knife comes out clean.
