Sand Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. water
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. cake flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add other ingredients in given order. Roll into 48 to 50 balls and place onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Roll in white or colored confectioners sugar.
