Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/3 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1 large salmon
    1 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Blend butter
    and
    flour.
    Add\tmilk
    and
    1 egg.
    Cook until thickened.\tStir in salmon, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice,
    salt
    and
    pepper.\tCook until mixture begins to bubble. Add 1 egg.\tContinue cooking until egg whites harden. Chill for
    a few
    hours.
    Shape
    into balls.
    Roll in crumbs. Dip into beaten egg again and roll in crumbs.
    Fry in deep hot fat.
    Yields 6 servings.
