Cha Cha - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cabbage, chopped
4 onions, chopped
8 to 10 green tomatoes, chopped
3 hot peppers, chopped
4 to 6 c. sugar
1 jar pickling spice
1/2 gal. apple cider vinegar (red)
Preparation

Mix ingredients well. Let set overnight all but the vinegar. Pour vinegar over mixture the next day and cook until brown. Do not add water.
