Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    dash of salt
    a lump of butter
    8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
Preparation
    Cook eggs, vinegar, sugar and salt together, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and add butter and cream cheese. Whip until smooth.
    Chop up an onion and green pepper very fine and add to the mixture.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Makes 1 pint.
