Chocolate Dip - cooking recipe

6 oz. dark chocolate
cherries
fresh mandarin oranges
Brazil nuts
walnuts
blanched almonds
strawberries
seedless grapes
Preparation

Break chocolate into a bowl, heat some water in the saucepan over a low heat, until it just begins to bubble.
Keeping the heat on low, place the bowl over the saucepan.
Stir the chocolate with a wooden spoon until it completely melts.
Turn off the heat. Very carefully move the saucepan and the bowl from the stove to a mat or dish towel.
