Two Minute Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box confectioners sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

In a 1 1/2 quart microwave safe dish, stir together the sugar, cocoa, salt, milk and vanilla.
Mixture will be stiff.
Top with the stick of butter.
Microwave at high for two minutes. Stir until smooth and blend in the nuts.
Pour into 8-inch square dish lined with wax paper and refrigerate until firm.
Cut into squares.
