Fresh Lemon Tonic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
    1/4 c. sugar
    6 whole cloves
    1 1/2 c. chilled tonic water
    ice cubes
    lemon slices and mint leaves
Preparation
    Stir lemon juice and sugar together until sugar is dissolved. Add whole cloves.
    Pour in chilled tonic water.
    Serve over 1 or 2 ice cubes in each glass.
    Garnish with a lemon slice and a mint leaf.
