Raisin Puff Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. raisins
1 c. water
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Put the raisins and water in pan and boil until the water is gone. Cream the butter and sugar together. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix all the above together. Roll in balls and roll in sugar. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
