Chocolate Eclaire A La Highland Pointe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box graham crackers
    1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
    1 large box vanilla instant pudding
    3 c. milk (skim is okay)
Preparation
    Mix Cool Whip, pudding mix and milk together.
    In a 9 x 12-inch Pyrex dish layer, put graham crackers on bottom, then 1/2 pudding mix, crackers again, remainder of pudding and another layer of crackers.
