Pizza Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (14 oz.) jar pizza sauce
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. biscuit mix
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs or 3 egg whites
Preparation
    Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain off pan drippings.
    Spoon beef into 8-inch square baking dish.
    Top with pizza sauce and cheese. Combine biscuit mix, milk and eggs; beat until smooth.
    Pour mixture over casserole, covering evenly.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
