Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. cooked chicken
    1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers, minced
    1 c. sour cream
    12 tortillas
    3 more Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. chicken stock
    1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook onion and green pepper in margarine.
    Add green chili peppers and diced, cooked chicken.
