Lemon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine, melted
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs or 1/2 c. egg substitute
    grated peel of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven to 350\u00b0.\tGrease 8 x 4-inch loaf pan with margarine
    and
    coat
    with\tgranulated
    sugar.
    In large bowl, combine
    first
    4
    ingredients.
    Mix margarine, milk, eggs and peel
    until smooth.
    Add margarine mix to flour mix; stir just until
    flour
    is
    moistened.
    Pour\tinto
    pan.
    Bake
    45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes and remove from pan.
