Pumpkin Pie Or Custard(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 envelope D-Zerta vanilla or butterscotch pudding
    1/4 c. evaporated skim milk
    1 c. skim milk
    2 c. (1 No. 303 can) cooked pumpkin
    3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. sugar substitute
Preparation
    Beat eggs until frothy.
    Stir pudding mix and evaporated milk to smooth paste.
    Add this and all other ingredients to eggs and stir until well blended.
