Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can milk (to clean out soup can)
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 c. shredded cheese
    8 to 10 oz. thickly sliced ham, cubed (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together soup, milk, sour cream and cheese.
    Add the frozen potatoes.
    Mix well.
    Toss in the cubed ham.
    Place in a greased shallow pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until brown.
