Neiman-Marcus Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    3 eggs
    1 stick margarine, softened
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 box 10x powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix 1 egg with margarine, nuts and cake mix by hand; pat into Pam sprayed 3 or 4-quart baking dish.
    Cream the cream cheese with 2 eggs; add sugar.
    Mix well; spread over cake layer.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
