Stuffed Pepper For 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Green Peppers
    1/3 lb. Hamburg
    1 c. cooked Rice
    2/3 tsp. Salt
    dash Pepper
    1 can Diced Tomatoes
Preparation
    Cut out stem and seeds from Peppers with a grapefruit knife. Rinse Peppers out.
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Stuff Peppers with mixture and bake at 350 for about 1 hour.
