Extra-Ordinary Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced apples
    1 c. chunk pineapple
    1 c. grapes, halved
    1 c. oranges, cut up
    1/2 c. cherries, halved
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Blend eggs, pineapple juice, flour, sugar and vinegar until smooth.
    Cook over medium heat until sauce thickens.
    Remove from heat.
    In a large bowl, blend all fruits and nuts.
    Pour egg sauce over fruit mix; blend well. Chill and serve.
